Innovative Technology Summit (Tide Wind)

Expanding the market opportunities for innovative technology companies servicing the Oil & Gas Industry.

Vision Invent Inc. would like to thank all the Technology companies, Investors, Sponsors (Tide Wind Energy and LoftyInc) and stakeholders from the Oil and Gas industry. The Leadership Network Happy Hour on Monday, at the Aloft Hotel in Houston, was very successful. Your attendance helped fulfill our objective to increase foreign market visibility for American technology companies servicing the energy and Oil & Gas Industries.

Our guest of honor Mr. Alade Ajibola (President of Nigerian Society of Engineers”, member, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and member, Governing Council of the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board (NCDMB), of the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria) was very impressed with the caliber and innovations of attending companies.

Mr. Alade Ajibola acknowledged that it is important for American companies to seek legitimate, certified and credible engineering companies in Nigeria to partner with for opportunities in the region; so as not to be exploited or to undermine the scope of work/opportunities. As a matter of fact this is now more important since the Nigeria government has made it a law for foreign expatriates to have local content service partners on their projects.

Mr. Ajibola stated his goal as the President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers to build an increased coalition between American innovative companies and Nigerian engineers. He believes the coalition between foreign and local engineers will bring great service to the region in a way of engineering perfection, mutual education, productivity and innovation. Mr. Ajibola plans to spotlight the American companies that attended the event to the society of engineering firms in Nigeria, as deemed appropriate.

Regards!
Modupe Ajibola

Potential Tide Wind Energy Project in Sierra Leonean

Endorsement

The Mape Project has received an endorsement from Isaiah Washington, an
accomplished American actor and author best known for his role as Dr. Preston Xavier Burke on ABC's Grey's Anatomy (please see
http://www.themapeproject.com/endorsements.php). Isaiah Washington will be travelling to Sierra Leone with a film crew next week where he will be conferred Sierra Leonean citizenship by the President of Sierra Leone.  His visit will also be used as a marketing opportunity for the Mape Project as Isaiah will accompany me to the project sites with the aim of raising the profile of and publicity for the Mape Project both locally and internationally.

Isaiah Washington Endorsement"In October 2005 I found out that I shared ancestry with the people of Sierra Leone on my maternal side.  Shortly after that, on my first visit to Sierra Leone, I found myself publicly pledging that I would do all that I could to help Sierra Leone, a pledge which I have backed up with practical action over the past 4 years.  I am supporting the Mape Project because I am convinced that the Mape Project, when completed, will transform Sierra Leone, creating a better future by significantly stimulating the economy and providing the basis for thousands of new jobs and businesses for Sierra Leone's people.  A new sustainable built environment at Mape Town will also attract Sierra Leone's Diaspora (including new Sierra Leoneans such as myself) to return home, bringing with them much needed skills, professional experience and direct investment that will make a hugely positive impact on Sierra Leone."

Konakridee Coastal Resort Further to the recent project site visit by the design team, and as part of the work required for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report ("ESIA"), our engineers Campbell Reith and Associates are working on an enabling works package which deals with raising the ground level of the site and coastal protection measures.  Additional studies and surveys need to be carried out before this enabling works package is finalized.  Once these additional studies and surveys have been completed, we will be able to schedule a construction start date for the Konakridee Coastal Resort.

The Mape Town
We continue to develop the technical and commercialproposals for Mape Town.

This includes advancing the technical designs (buildings, power supply, water
provision etc) and engaging with funding partners.

Focusing on the Future 2011 "Tide Wind Energy"

The current focus of Tide Wind is the installation of small site-specific power plants with the capacity of being independent or interdependent of the electrical grid. Other services offered are based on reducing energy demand through smart grid technology. Working partnerships with a wide variety of technology partners make the company a perfect fit for a broad range of solutions.

Tide Wind believes that reducing the world’s dependence on fossil fuels can no longer be delayed. A leader in its field, Tide Wind works with its technology partners to be on the cutting edge of new innovations so as to help build the infrastructure necessary to meet 21st century demands for clean energy. Tide Wind sit-specific power generation plant unlike coal, oil and gas based power plants, do not contribute to the green house effect, and reduce the risk of climate change.
Tide Wind’s reach is global. Tide Wind’s Emerging Markets division have over eighteen years of experience working in foreign countries and are adept at working with local governments in diverse cultural and geographical settings worldwide, as well as across the United States.

Tide Wind Focuses on RE

The commitment of Tide Wind Energy Solutions will be to spread technologies for harnessing renewable energy (RE). The term "renewable" refers to sources of energy that can never be diminished or exhausted, such as wind and sun. The most common commercial RE technologies are photovoltaic (PV) modules, wind turbines, and, increasingly, fuel cells, which produce electricity from solar radiation, wind, and hydrogen, respectively. The power plants that Tide Wind looks to develop are also considered “clean energy technology”, due in part by it carbon negative to carbon neutral approach. Changing the fuel source transitions these electric generators from fossil fueled power stations to green energy producers.

Tide Wind Energy Fall Expansion

Tide Wind Energy’s Business Objectives and Initiatives

Our current objective is to improve our current business operational structure by implementing and developing company owned assets. Tide Wind plans to acquire land assets that will encompass bringing together all four of its business platforms; Power Generation, Manufacturing (Small In-board devices), and Service (reconditioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment) and solar products (assembly and distribution).

This initiative will position Tide Wind in a market that is ripe for growth and expansion. The basis for this aggressive approach stems from a point of maturity. Tide Wind as a company has not yet been capitalized to a point that would allow for this type of self-sustained effort to be obtained. Fulfilling an objective that would enable a steady stream of revenue from multiple cash streams would enhance the company’s financial stability while fostering a culture for perpetual growth.

Expansion to markets abroad is also a main objective of the company. However, Tide Wind realizes that stabilization of its base in Houston, Texas will promote strength in capacity and the ability to take advantage of current market demand.

Tide Wind intends to have up to 20 megawatts of generated capacity operational by Spring 2011. The 20MW facility will be the first of five targeted power generation projects the company has planned for the first quarter of 2011.
